Lajja Patel, DMD
Clinical Education
Dr. Lajja Patel received her dental degree from Temple University with Honors (Magna Cum Laude). Following this, she embarked on a yearlong intensive General Practice Residency at Morristown Hospital in Morristown, NJ. Dr. Patel also received her masters in Biomedical Science at Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Pharmacology.

Training
Dr. Patel continues to learn new techniques and has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses on esthetics, implants, and other up-and-coming procedures. She is Invisalign® certified and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. since serving the greater North Jersey community, she received several local awards, including the NJ Top Doctor award in 2023.
Family Life
For Dr. Patel, her family brings her the most joy. She, her husband, and their two children, Arya and Aarav, love experiencing all that Cranford has to offer, and supporting the local businesses in the community in the process. She also has a deep passion for overall health and wellness, including a disciplined practice of yoga and mindfulness at Home Power Yoga, and is always thrilled to discuss all things self-discovery, wellness, and personal growth with friends and patients.
Mary Nashed, DMD
Education & Passion
Dr. Mary is from East Brunswick, New Jersey and attended dental school at The University of Pennsylvania. She believes in the strong psychological impact of a smile and gets the greatest joy when she is able to create for patients a smile they love. She also advocates for preventative and conservative dentistry and believes that dentistry should be a human right, rather than a privilege.
Beyond Dentistry
When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Mary enjoys traveling with her husband, practicing Pilates, and cooking up some yummy pasta dishes. Dr. Mary loves music, fashion, and is an avid sneaker-head.
