I typically am so afraid of dentists, the sound of those tools just freaks me out but I felt at ease and really had a great time getting to know Dr. Patel. “I’m going to say four words I never thought I would say… “I love my dentist.” I went to South Avenue Dental today for the first time, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. From the second I was at the front desk to the second I left I had a smile on my face. The office is brand new, so clean and you can tell someone put thought into every corner when designing the space. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Patel made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions honestly. Normally I would already be dreading my next cleaning but I’m actually looking forward to going back. If you are looking for a new dentist (or not even looking) you should go see Dr. Patel.”

The receptionist Anisa was also very helpful dealing with insurance and billing, which I appreciate. “The design of the space and offices are beautiful, you know you are entering somewhere special. Dr. Patel and Giselle were professional and knew what they were doing. They did not push extra services on me, but listened to my desires (Invisalign and whitening) and were able to show me what the difference / change would look like. My insurance covered the cleaning. Overall it was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back for my 6 month appointment.”
